Understand the promotion attached to your account before purchasing.
Before you start
Use a valid code during signup if you were given one.
Follow these steps
Enter your code in the signup promo field and read the offer the form accepts.
After signing in, open Credits and review the promotion shown for your account.
Before the eligible purchase, check the paid quantity, bonus and total credits shown by the purchase screen.
Complete the purchase with your authorized payment method.
Check Purchases and the wallet history for the purchase and the matched credits when the payment completes.
You can verify the offer your account actually received and whether it was used.
If something looks wrong
- Code not accepted? Confirm its spelling and whether it is open to new signups; contact support before buying if the offer is wrong.
- Do not assume a second purchase will receive another signup bonus.

Start with the payment method
Company settings, then Billing, is where you manage your payment method and authorization. Only the appropriate company administrator should make these changes.
Read your own account
Open Credits to review your balance, waiting work and purchase controls. Use the rates and offer shown on your own account. Company-specific pricing can differ.
Choose your reload settings
Auto-reload can buy more credits according to your saved preferences. Review the threshold, amount and daily limit. It still depends on successful payment.
Confirm the purchase
Buy once and wait for the result. Check the purchase status and balance. A bank payment may still be clearing; do not repeat a purchase just to refresh the screen.
