Credits and billing
Set an automatic credit reload
Control when your wallet buys more credits.
Before you start
Have an authorized payment method and review the account’s daily limit.
Follow these steps
Open Auto-reload and read the explanation and current daily cap shown on your account.
Enable Buy more automatically if you want automatic top-ups.
Set the balance threshold and purchase amount using the fields provided.
Save with the control shown on the screen and check the confirmation.
Monitor Purchases and your balance after the next reload. Adjust the settings if the amount does not suit your normal activity.
The wallet uses your saved reload preferences, subject to account limits and payment success.
If something looks wrong
- Mail still waits? A daily cap, payment issue or another hold can prevent release even with auto-reload on.
- Turning reload off does not cancel obligations or work already sent to the printer.

Start with the payment method
Company settings, then Billing, is where you manage your payment method and authorization. Only the appropriate company administrator should make these changes.
Read your own account
Open Credits to review your balance, waiting work and purchase controls. Use the rates and offer shown on your own account. Company-specific pricing can differ.
Choose your reload settings
Auto-reload can buy more credits according to your saved preferences. Review the threshold, amount and daily limit. It still depends on successful payment.
Confirm the purchase
Buy once and wait for the result. Check the purchase status and balance. A bank payment may still be clearing; do not repeat a purchase just to refresh the screen.
