Manage a card or bank account
Keep the payment method for your account up to date.
Before you start
A company administrator should complete payment details and any authorization.
Follow these steps
Open Billing and review the existing payment methods and their status.
Use the screen’s add-payment method flow to add a card or bank account.
Read and complete the payment authorization presented by the form.
Check whether the method is ready or still awaiting verification. Choose the intended default if multiple methods are present.
Return to Credits when you want to make a purchase, and inspect pending payments before submitting another.
The payment method and its current status are visible on your account.
If something looks wrong
- Bank verification is pending? Follow the instructions displayed for that method.
- A payment is refused? Record the error and ask your administrator or support to check it.

Start with the payment method
Company settings, then Billing, is where you manage your payment method and authorization. Only the appropriate company administrator should make these changes.
Read your own account
Open Credits to review your balance, waiting work and purchase controls. Use the rates and offer shown on your own account. Company-specific pricing can differ.
Choose your reload settings
Auto-reload can buy more credits according to your saved preferences. Review the threshold, amount and daily limit. It still depends on successful payment.
Confirm the purchase
Buy once and wait for the result. Check the purchase status and balance. A bank payment may still be clearing; do not repeat a purchase just to refresh the screen.
