Properties and maps
Find saved houses and update their outcome
Use your property list for follow-up and record keeping.
Before you start
Your role determines which team members’ properties you can see.
Follow these steps
Open Pinned houses and use the available search or filters to narrow the list.
Select a property to reopen its panel and review measurements, contacts, notes and delivery status.
Use Mark as sold on the property when a job is actually sold. Follow the dialog and record the job value it requests.
Check that the saved outcome is reflected on the property before leaving.
Revisit Leaderboard or Statistics with the matching date range to review recorded activity.
Your property record reflects the work and outcomes your team actually recorded.
If something looks wrong
- Cannot see a teammate’s house? Ask a manager to check permissions.
- A sold job is not in a report? Check its recorded date, user and value before assuming the report is wrong.

Check the address first
Open Look up a house and type the complete address. Check whether your company already has the property before creating another pin.
Return to saved houses
Pinned houses brings your property records together. Search by address and use the available filters to find the house you need.
Check the estimate
Review the property address, product, roof size, pitch and estimate. A measurement or rate-card error should be corrected before anything is sent to a homeowner.
Working a larger list?
Import addresses lets you send a named list to QwikQuote for review. Check the list first and explain the pieces you want in the note. Sending is not mailing.
