Use the full street address and ZIP when possible.

Type the address and select the correct suggestion.
Read whether the house is already pinned and review the available property details.
Open the existing house if it is already in your company’s records.
If it is new, review the available measure or pin action and any cost or setup message before continuing.
Use recent-address shortcuts to revisit a property you already searched.
You find the correct record before starting duplicate work.
If something looks wrong
- No result? Verify the street number, city and ZIP. New construction or incomplete addresses may need a manual map check.
- Details are locked? Read the property’s access message and check Credits or setup.

Open Look up a house and type the complete address. Check whether your company already has the property before creating another pin.
Return to saved houses
Pinned houses brings your property records together. Search by address and use the available filters to find the house you need.
Check the estimate
Review the property address, product, roof size, pitch and estimate. A measurement or rate-card error should be corrected before anything is sent to a homeowner.
