Start a property record from the map.
Before you start
Choose an address you are authorized to work with. Check your credit and setup status before requesting paid output.
Follow these steps
Use Search an address or move the map to the neighborhood. Zoom until you can distinguish the house from nearby roofs.
Choose the product or material you want to quote, if the map offers that choice. Otherwise your company’s default is used.
Tap the intended roof and follow the pin or measurement prompt. Confirm the property address before continuing.
Wait for the property panel to show the measurement or its processing status.
Review roof size, pitch, product and estimate. Read any hold message before trying to preview or send.
The property has a pin you can return to from Pinned houses.
If something looks wrong
- The wrong building was selected? Correct or trace the measurement before trusting the estimate.
- The property already exists? Open the existing record instead of trying to create a second one.

Check the address first
Open Look up a house and type the complete address. Check whether your company already has the property before creating another pin.
Return to saved houses
Pinned houses brings your property records together. Search by address and use the available filters to find the house you need.
Check the estimate
Review the property address, product, roof size, pitch and estimate. A measurement or rate-card error should be corrected before anything is sent to a homeowner.

Import addresses lets you send a named list to QwikQuote for review. Check the list first and explain the pieces you want in the note. Sending is not mailing.
