Review or correct a roof measurement
Check the inputs behind an estimate before sharing it.
Before you start
Know which building and product the homeowner is asking about.
Follow these steps
Open the property and inspect its roof measurement and highlighted building, when an outline is available.
Check squares and pitch against the roof you intended to quote. One square equals 100 square feet.
Use the measurement edit or manual trace controls offered in the panel if the measurement is clearly wrong.
Review the resulting estimate after a correction. Check the selected material and your saved pricing bands as well.
If automatic coverage is unavailable, use the manual workflow or ask support for help rather than treating missing data as a zero-size roof.
The estimate is based on the correct building and reviewed measurement inputs.
If something looks wrong
- Too high or low? Separate an area/pitch problem from a rate-card problem.
- No usable imagery? Provide the address and a screenshot of the issue to support.

Check the estimate
Review the property address, product, roof size, pitch and estimate. A measurement or rate-card error should be corrected before anything is sent to a homeowner.
