Send an address list for import
Have QwikQuote review and process a list of properties.
Before you start
Prepare a CSV or a plain list with complete street addresses, city, state and ZIP.
Follow these steps
Enter a helpful name in What is this list?
Drop your CSV into the upload area or paste one address per line. The screen also shows a sample CSV header.
Use Anything we should know? to describe what you want, especially if it is not the usual quote letter.
Select Check the list and review the count and warnings. Correct malformed rows before sending.
Select Send to QwikQuote. Follow progress under Lists you sent us and Past imports.
Your list is submitted for review, with a visible status.
If something looks wrong
- Waiting on QwikQuote is not the same as imported or mailed.
- A list is Sent back? Read the review note, correct the issue and follow up.

Check the address first
Open Look up a house and type the complete address. Check whether your company already has the property before creating another pin.
Return to saved houses
Pinned houses brings your property records together. Search by address and use the available filters to find the house you need.
Check the estimate
Review the property address, product, roof size, pitch and estimate. A measurement or rate-card error should be corrected before anything is sent to a homeowner.
Working a larger list?
Import addresses lets you send a named list to QwikQuote for review. Check the list first and explain the pieces you want in the note. Sending is not mailing.
