Find owner details and add a verified contact
Keep public-record information separate from details a person gives you.
Before you start
The property’s paid output must be available for an owner lookup.
Follow these steps
Open the house and locate its Owner card.
If available, choose Order owner & contact info. Review the returned name, mailing address and contact details.
Read the source and contact status. Public-record information can be incomplete or outdated.
If someone gives you their details directly, select + Add contact you got in person.
Enter Name, Email and Phone, then Save as verified. You do not have to order an owner lookup first to record an in-person contact.
The property records both known owner information and directly supplied contact details.
If something looks wrong
- Owner lookup is locked? Resolve the stated property hold first.
- No phone or wrong owner? Record details confirmed with the person; do not assume the data provider can identify every homeowner.

Open the correct property
Start from Pinned houses and open the address you are working on. Contact information belongs to that property record.
Check the information source
The Owner card offers owner and contact information when the property is unlocked. Public records can be incomplete or outdated, so check the source before relying on them.
Add what they gave you
Choose Add contact you got in person. Enter the name, email and phone they gave you, then Save as verified. An owner lookup is not required first.
A scan is not an identity
A QR scan identifies a property link, not the person holding the phone. Appointment and website forms can provide contact details directly. Keep that distinction when following up.
