Build and post your own print run
Download the selected pieces when your company handles printing and postage.
Before you start
Your company or rep must be configured for self-print. Confirm your paper, layout and postage requirements.
Follow these steps
Expand the available date groups and review the houses selected for printing.
Uncheck any piece you want to leave for a later run.
Select Build the print file. Download the combined PDF and address list offered for the run.
Inspect the PDF page size and print a sample at actual size before the full run. Keep documents and addresses in the supplied order.
Print, prepare and post the pieces. Use Printed & posted on the run only after that work is actually done.
The run is recorded as self-printed and posted, and its history is available on the screen.
If something looks wrong
- Held pieces are absent? Resolve their hold before building a run.
- A PDF’s size looks wrong? Stop before printing the batch and report the run and template to support.

Read the piece status
Review orders shows each house and its current mailing state. Ready to mail, Held, Waiting for your release and Sent to printer each mean something different.
Fix the named hold
Open Queue and Batches. Read the hold reason and follow its fix button. Paying for credits will not fix a missing logo or a design awaiting review.
Release deliberately
Houses pinned during setup wait for your say-so. Select only the houses you intend to mail, review the count and account cost, then confirm the release.
Check what actually happened
Mailed is the history of recorded mailing. It is not proof of delivery to a particular mailbox. Self-print customers must print and post their pieces themselves.
