Fix a held mailing and return to the house
Find the missing requirement without losing the property you were reviewing.
Before you start
A company administrator may be needed for account-level fixes.
Follow these steps
Open the Held count or read the reason on the house card.
Choose the action beside the reason: Branding, Pricing, Credits, Billing or the house itself.
Complete the named requirement and wait for its save confirmation.
Use Back to [address] if shown, then refresh the property’s mail status.
If it becomes Waiting for your release, review and release it separately. Clearing a setup requirement does not make that decision for you.
The hold either clears or shows the remaining requirement.
If something looks wrong
- Payment still clearing or design awaiting review? Those holds may require processing or the QwikQuote team, rather than another form edit.
- No fix button you can use? Ask your company administrator and include the exact hold reason.

Read the piece status
Review orders shows each house and its current mailing state. Ready to mail, Held, Waiting for your release and Sent to printer each mean something different.
Fix the named hold
Open Queue and Batches. Read the hold reason and follow its fix button. Paying for credits will not fix a missing logo or a design awaiting review.
Release deliberately
Houses pinned during setup wait for your say-so. Select only the houses you intend to mail, review the count and account cost, then confirm the release.
Check what actually happened
Mailed is the history of recorded mailing. It is not proof of delivery to a particular mailbox. Self-print customers must print and post their pieces themselves.
