Check the address, estimate and piece status in one place.
Before you start
Make sure your company’s pricing and branding are ready.
Follow these steps
Open Review orders and read Where your mail stands at the top.
Open the house you want to check. Verify its address, product, measurement and estimate.
Review the available piece preview when the property is unlocked and delivery setup allows it.
Read the house’s mail status. Ready, Held, Waiting for your release and Sent to printer mean different things.
Use the named fix button for a hold. Use the Back to [address] chip to return to the property afterward.
You know whether the piece is ready, blocked, awaiting a decision or already with the printer.
If something looks wrong
- A mailing day appears only for ready mail. A date elsewhere is not proof that a held piece will leave.
- Need to stop a piece? Use the available cancel or do-not-mail control before handoff; contact support if it is already with the printer.

Read the piece status
Review orders shows each house and its current mailing state. Ready to mail, Held, Waiting for your release and Sent to printer each mean something different.
Fix the named hold
Open Queue and Batches. Read the hold reason and follow its fix button. Paying for credits will not fix a missing logo or a design awaiting review.
Release deliberately
Houses pinned during setup wait for your say-so. Select only the houses you intend to mail, review the count and account cost, then confirm the release.
Check what actually happened
Mailed is the history of recorded mailing. It is not proof of delivery to a particular mailbox. Self-print customers must print and post their pieces themselves.
