Release houses pinned during setup
Choose which earlier properties should join the mail queue.
Before you start
Finish the required setup first. Only an owner or administrator can release these pieces.
Follow these steps
Find Waiting on your say-so in Queue & Batches.
Read the list of houses pinned while your account was being set up.
Uncheck any house you do not want mailed. Review the selected count and the credits shown for your account.
Select Release [number] houses to mail and read the confirmation before accepting.
Check Where your mail stands afterward. Released pieces must still pass the normal readiness checks before they ship.
Only the selected properties leave the setup release hold.
If something looks wrong
- Release is disabled? Finish the named setup gaps, check your role and select at least one house.
- Balance is low? Release does not charge immediately, but platform mailing requires funding when the pieces go out.

Read the piece status
Review orders shows each house and its current mailing state. Ready to mail, Held, Waiting for your release and Sent to printer each mean something different.
Fix the named hold
Open Queue and Batches. Read the hold reason and follow its fix button. Paying for credits will not fix a missing logo or a design awaiting review.
Release deliberately
Houses pinned during setup wait for your say-so. Select only the houses you intend to mail, review the count and account cost, then confirm the release.
Check what actually happened
Mailed is the history of recorded mailing. It is not proof of delivery to a particular mailbox. Self-print customers must print and post their pieces themselves.
