Mail and quotes

Email a quote and check the sent record

Send an available estimate to the intended recipient.

WHERE TO GOOpen a property → Email the quote; Menu → Emails sent

Before you start

The property must be unlocked and meet delivery requirements. Confirm the recipient’s email.

Follow these steps

  1. Open the property and review the estimate before sending.

  2. Choose Email the quote where available. Check the recipient, subject and body.

  3. Review any attachments or estimate links offered by the send form.

  4. Send once and wait for the result. Do not repeatedly click while it is sending.

  5. Open Emails sent and inspect the record for that property and recipient.

What you should see

You have a visible sent record or an error that explains why sending did not complete.

If something looks wrong

  • The email action is blocked? Read the property’s setup or credit hold.
  • A homeowner cannot find it? Verify the email address and ask them to check spam. A sent record is not proof they opened it.
