Make a mailer design your own
Start with a built-in design and edit a copy.
Before you start
Choose a built-in design that already suits your format.
Follow these steps
Select Make it mine on the design you want to use as a starting point.
In the visual editor, reposition and resize supported elements. Keep addresses, quote content and the QR code readable.
Add supported company fields using the editor’s controls. Check the logo, phone and return address.
Save the design and choose the offered audience or assignment. If your account requires review, wait for that approval.
Use Edit the design to reopen the saved copy. Preview the final piece before using it on a run.
Your design is saved on your company’s shelf and can be selected when available.
If something looks wrong
- The new design is not printing? Confirm it was approved if required and that you chose Use this one or the appropriate assignment.
- Text is cut off? Shorten or resize it in the editor, then preview again.

Choose the right piece
Open Company settings, then Mailer templates. Review the available design and format. Preview the piece before assigning it to your company.
Make a copy your own
Make it mine starts a copy you can edit. Save your design and complete any review required for your account. Confirm which design is actually assigned.
Write your quote email
Quote email holds the default wording. Use the supported placeholders shown on the screen, and wait for the save confirmation.
Check the sent record
When you email a quote from a house, verify the recipient and message first. After sending, check Emails sent. A sent record does not prove the homeowner opened it.
