Choose who prints and mails your pieces
Set QwikQuote printing or your company’s own printing workflow.
Before you start
A company administrator controls the company default.
Follow these steps
During setup, choose QwikQuote prints and mails it or We print and mail it ourselves.
To review the company default later, open Company settings → Team and find Who prints the mail.
Check whether an individual rep has a different destination selected. A rep-specific choice can override the company default.
Open Queue & Batches and confirm the workflow shown matches your intention.
Before a change involving queued pieces, review their status and ask support if any are already with the printer.
Your ready pieces follow the selected printing destination.
If something looks wrong
- You meant QwikQuote to mail but see a self-print export? Stop and verify the destination before using it.
- Switching settings does not recall physical files already handed to a printer.

Read the piece status
Review orders shows each house and its current mailing state. Ready to mail, Held, Waiting for your release and Sent to printer each mean something different.
Fix the named hold
Open Queue and Batches. Read the hold reason and follow its fix button. Paying for credits will not fix a missing logo or a design awaiting review.
Release deliberately
Houses pinned during setup wait for your say-so. Select only the houses you intend to mail, review the count and account cost, then confirm the release.
Check what actually happened
Mailed is the history of recorded mailing. It is not proof of delivery to a particular mailbox. Self-print customers must print and post their pieces themselves.
