For roofing contractors & canvassing teams

One address in.
The whole house out.
In seconds.

Tap a house or type an address and QwikQuote measures the roof from aerial imagery, prices it on your rate card, finds the homeowner behind the door, pulls the property's own facts, and shows every hail and wind storm that has hit that house in three years. Then deliver the estimate any way they want it: show it, email it, hand over the PDF, or mail it - printed and posted by us, or built into one file for your own printer.

A house dossier, a measuring tool and an estimate delivery system. One login, no ladder, no truck roll, no waiting on a takeoff.

Runs itself every week
Built for canvassing

Knock. Measure. Send. Before you step off the porch.

Most canvassers leave a door with a name on a clipboard and a promise to follow up. Your crew can leave it with a real, measured, branded estimate already sitting in the homeowner's inbox.

  1. Tap the house from the sidewalk

The roof is measured from aerial imagery on the spot: square footage, pitch, every plane. No ladder, no tape, nobody on the roof.

  2. Show them the number

Your rate card turns it into a real price instantly. Adjust the pitch or the material if the roof surprises you and it reprices live, right in front of them.

  3. Take their email at the door

Type it straight into the pin. An address the homeowner said out loud beats anything a data vendor guessed, and the app treats it that way.

  4. Send it before you walk away

One tap emails the branded PDF from your company. If they would rather have paper, download it and hand it over.

Why it closes: the homeowner who gets a written price while the conversation is still fresh does not need to "think about it and call around." You were the first real number, and you were the only one who did not need to schedule a visit to give it.
Every knock is also data. The houses nobody answered stay pinned and measured. Queue those for the weekly mailer and the walk pays twice.
The parts nobody else has

Every address becomes a person, a roof, and a number

Search it, import it, or tap it: each house becomes a measured roof, a priced job, and the homeowner behind it. These are the tools that turn addresses into booked appointments.

The house dossier

Type an address. Know the house.

The search bar is the front door: one address in, and out comes the roof measured, the job priced on your rate card, the people behind the door - names, phones and emails, ranked and checked against the do-not-call lists - and the property's own record: year built, beds and baths, living area, last sale, estimated value and equity, even the roof material the county has on file.

  • Seconds, not days. The measurement and the price are automated, so the number exists while you are still standing on the driveway.
  • Walk up knowing the story. A 1968 build with the original roof on record and hail in June is a different conversation than a cold knock.
  • Call, email, or knock with the number in hand. The mailbox is one way to reach them, not the only one.

Weather history

It's a weather-driven business. The weather is on every house.

Three years of hail and wind damage reports, pulled from NOAA and matched to the address - not the county, the address. Every dossier shows what hit that house, how big, and how close; the Storms screen groups the reports into storms on a map, and you can search any address for its history before you ever knock.

  • "Your street took inch-and-a-half hail on June 12" is an opener no cold pitch can match - and it is true, dated, and sized.
  • Storm targeting built in: set a capture radius around a storm and the houses inside become a canvassing list, with mail that speaks to that storm.
  • Free on every plan, for every role. Weather is not an upsell.

Our printer or yours. Per company, per rep, per house.

Some crews want every piece printed and posted by QwikQuote. Some want the whole mail stream on their own machine. Most want both - five reps on our printer, two printing their own. Set a company default, let each rep override it, and flip any single house from the review screen; every piece is labeled with where it is going, and the price follows the choice.

  • One button, one file: the day's mail becomes a single combined PDF in stuffing order plus the address list. Print it, stuff it, post it.
  • Press "Printed & posted" and every house flips to Mailed - stats, scan tracking and re-engagement work exactly as if we had mailed it.
  • Self-printed mail costs only the pin credit. Your paper, your stamps, nothing to us for postage we didn't buy.

Verified beats guessed

What your rep learns at the door goes straight onto the mail.

Contact data comes from records, and records can be wrong, stale, or the last owner's. So the app treats what a human confirms as the truth: collect a name and number in person, or mark a call "right person," and that name outranks every traced record - on the screen and on the envelope. A house nobody has verified says "Current Resident," which is always true; a verified house greets its owner by name.

  • The mail keeps up by itself: verify a homeowner after the piece is queued and the queued PDF re-prints with their name before it ships.
  • One tap after every call: right person, wrong number, or disconnected - bad numbers sink, confirmed ones rise, and the next rep never redials a dud.
  • No lookup required: info you collect onsite goes in whether or not you ever ordered a lookup.

The tree test

Two measurements argue about every roof, so trees can't shrink one.

Aerial models under-measure roofs hiding beneath canopy. That's how a 20-square job leaves the shop quoted at 8. QwikQuote cross-examines every measurement against an independent building footprint, and when the two disagree by enough to matter, the roof is flagged and floored instead of quietly under-quoted.

  • Nothing mails on a flagged measurement until a person confirms it.
  • The tap never waits: the check rides alongside and files its verdict even if it finishes after your price is already on screen.

Draw to pin

Circle a street. Pin every roof inside it.

Draw a loop around any block (it closes itself if you don't) and QwikQuote counts the houses inside and shows what pinning them costs before a cent moves. Say go, and every roof gets measured and priced in the background while you keep driving.

  • Money rules built in: jobs under your keep line are thrown out automatically, jobs over your review line get held for a human look.
  • Sheds don't count. Outbuildings are recognized and skipped.
  • Already-pinned houses are counted, skipped, and never billed twice.

Direct mail engine

Your pinned map is a mailing list that remembers.

Every house you ever measured is a database row: what they were quoted, what they were mailed, what they scanned. Re-engage them with double-sided postcards in two sizes or a full-page one-sheet, each with its price on the card at the moment you choose it.

  • Never the same piece twice by accident: the blast skips houses that already got the look you picked. Overridable on purpose, never by mistake.
  • Their house on the front. Each piece carries the home's own photo, your brand, your offer, and a QR that books the appointment.
  • Your quote pieces stay untouched. A re-engage look never changes what the weekly estimate pieces print with.

Import a list. Quote some, card some, hold the rest.

Drop in any CSV (a giveaway entry list, a storm zone, a purchased list) and choose what each address is for: measure it and mail the quote, just pin it for later, or send a marketing piece. Set it for the run, or go down the list and decide line by line.

  • Already quoted someone on the list? They get the postcard instead of being skipped, on the pin you already paid for.
  • Nothing double-mails: a house headed for a postcard is invisible to the weekly quote automation.

Know the house & the homeowner

Search any address

The search bar is the front door. Type an address anywhere in the country and it is pinned, measured, priced and looked up in one motion, with everything you have on it one search away forever.

Homeowner Finder

Owner name, phones and emails on demand, ranked by usefulness with do-not-call flags checked before anyone dials. It reads public records and data vendors, so we cannot guarantee or promise any contact detail is correct, which is exactly why anything your rep verifies in person outranks all of it.

Property facts

Year built, beds and baths, living area, stories, last sale, estimated value and equity, and the roof material on record - the county's own picture of the house, on the same screen as your measurement of it.

Weather history, per address

Three years of hail and wind damage reports matched to the house, on every dossier - and an address search on the Storms screen so you can check a street's history before you knock it. Free on every plan, for every role.

Storm targeting

Reports grouped into storms on a map, with a capture radius you set. Pieces mailed off a storm speak to that storm: hail or wind, sized and dated.

The right photo, automatically

The camera is aimed at the measured roof, not the tapped point. If the shot comes back blurry or tree-blocked, pick another angle or let it fall back to the aerial view.

Measure & price

Aerial measurement

Roof area, pitch and plane count from imagery in seconds. Uncertain roofs get flagged for a human look instead of quietly guessing.

Trace it by hand

Imagery wrong, or a detached garage in the job? Draw the footprint yourself in about twenty seconds and it reprices off your outline.

Live repricing

Change the pitch, the material or the price itself and everything follows: surface area, financing, and every PDF that has not shipped yet.

Deliver & follow up

Email the quote

Connect your Gmail once and the PDF goes out from your own address, in your own sent folder. Without it the mail still sends, from ours, with the reply pointed at the rep. No copying files into Gmail either way.

Your brand on every piece

Upload your logo once and it flows onto every mailer, email and booking page. Three built-in designs, or your own artwork with the price, photo and QR dragged into place. Even the you-versus-them comparison page is yours to edit, row by row.

Postcards & one-sheets

Re-engage the whole map with double-sided postcards in two sizes or a full-page one-sheet, priced per piece, with history kept so nobody gets the same look twice by accident.

QR booking

Every piece carries a code that opens a booking page. Requests land in your inbox with consent to call recorded, and you see who scanned, how often, and how recently.

Print it yourself

Route the mail to your own printer - company-wide, per rep, or one house at a time. The day's pieces come out as one combined PDF in stuffing order with the address list, and self-printed mail costs only the pin credit.

Your words on the quote email

The email that carries the PDF is yours to write: set the company's subject and message once, with the address, price and homeowner name filled in per house, and a rep can still edit any single send.

Fill the pipeline

Targeted imports

Bring any CSV and decide, line by line, who gets a quote, who gets a postcard, and who just gets pinned for later.

Draw to pin

Circle a block and pin every roof inside. The count and the cost are shown before anything is committed, and your money rules apply automatically.

Live on every screen

Pins added or removed on one device appear and vanish on every other in seconds. Imports paint in as they land.

Run the crew

Drive mode & offline

The map follows the truck and rotates with your direction of travel. Lose signal in a valley and pins queue on the phone, then sync themselves when it comes back.

Review before it ships

Pin all day uninterrupted, then sit down once and go through the pending orders: swap a photo, set a price, change who prints a house, send a batch to the printer right now instead of waiting for batch day, or kill a bad one. Every card says which printer it is headed for.

Roles, board & ROI

Reps see their own work, managers see the team, office staff never touch the mail stream. Mark jobs sold with contract value and see plainly what the spend closed.

Logins that look after themselves

You create each rep's login and they get an email that it exists. Forgotten passwords are a self-serve reset link, not a call to the office, and every screen has a link you can text to whoever needs to be on it.

Pricing

One price a house. The only question is when you read it.

Pay weekly and a house is $3.50, measured, printed and posted, with nothing up front. The numbers open when the piece goes to the printer on Friday. Or hold credits and everything opens on the driveway: three credits a mailed house, and one if you are handing it over - or printing it - yourself. The homeowner's contact info, the property facts and the weather history are free either way. No contracts, no setup fees, no per-feature charges.

Launch offer

Your first $550 of houses for $300.

New accounts only, and it runs on both plans. Pay weekly: pin freely, your first batch goes to the printer when the work reaches $550, and that first $550 is billed at $300. Prepaid: we match every credit on your first purchase, up to 250 free, so $300 puts 550 credits in your wallet. The same 250 free, whichever way you pay. One per account.

1 credit a house, 2 more if you mail it. Sold in 100s.
  • Everything opens the moment the pin lands: the number, the PDF, the contact info
  • Show the homeowner their price on the sidewalk and email it before you leave
  • No waiting on a batch: pin it, read it, hand it over
  • Untick the mail on a house you delivered yourself and it costs 1 credit, not 3
  • Print your own mail and a house stays 1 credit - one combined PDF, your printer, your stamps
  • Buy credits in the app with a card and they are in your balance straight away
And it is cheaper: $3.00 a mailed house, not $3.50

Weekly is the simple one: $3.50 a house, everything mails, nothing to pay up front, and Monday morning the whole street is open. Prepaid is the door knocker's plan: the number in your hand while you are still standing on the driveway, nothing has to mail unless you want it to, and it is fifty cents a house cheaper.

Questions

What is QwikQuote?

The short version, and the things people ask before booking a demo.

What is QwikQuote?

QwikQuote is instant estimating and house intelligence software for roofing contractors and canvassing teams. Give it an address, typed into the search bar, imported from a list, or tapped on the map, and in seconds it measures the roof from aerial imagery, prices the job on your own rate card, finds the homeowner behind the door, pulls the property's facts - year built, beds, last sale, equity, the roof on record - and shows three years of hail and wind history at that house. You then deliver the estimate however that homeowner wants it: emailed as a branded PDF, handed over at the door, or mailed as a full three page estimate or a double sided 6x11 postcard with a QR code that books the appointment - printed and posted by QwikQuote, or printed on your own machine.

Can we print our own mail?

Yes, and however much of it you want. Set the whole company to print in-house, let individual reps choose their own printer, or flip a single house from the review screen - every piece is labeled with where it is going. Your self-printed mail comes out as one combined PDF in stuffing order plus the address list; print it, stuff it, post it, press "Printed & posted," and every house flips to Mailed with scan tracking and re-engagement working exactly as if we had mailed it. A self-printed house costs only the pin credit - your paper, your stamps.

Do I have to mail anything?

On the prepaid plan, no. Untick a house before the batch goes to the printer and it costs 1 credit instead of 3, and you email the PDF, hand it over at the door, or print it yourself. Everything opens the moment the pin lands on prepaid, so a rep can show the homeowner the number and email it before stepping off the porch.

On the weekly plan one $3.50 price covers the measurement and the printed piece together, and it is charged when you pin - so a house costs the same whether or not you post it, and the piece going to the printer is what opens the measurements and the PDF. You still choose which houses mail, piece by piece. If you want to pay only for what you post, prepaid is the plan that does that, and it is cheaper.

How do I pay?

Pay by bank account or by card; the price is the same either way. A card buys credits instantly, so a crew can sign up in the morning and pin all afternoon. A bank account works too, and the credits land straight away; a first payment takes a few days to clear, and only the printed mail waits for it, riding the next batch once it does. Weekly is settled by bank debit, with every invoice emailed to you before a cent moves.

How accurate is the measurement?

Every roof is measured from current high-resolution aerial imagery of that specific property, not a regional average and not the square footage on a county record. The software reads each plane of the roof and the slope it sits at, works out the true surface area rather than the footprint, and applies your own waste and pitch rules on top. That is the same method a takeoff service uses, and it lands on a number you can price against and put in front of a homeowner.

Two things keep it honest. A roof the imagery cannot resolve cleanly is flagged for a person instead of quietly guessed, and a flagged measurement will not go in the mail on its own. And your rep always has the last word: re-trace the roof by hand in about twenty seconds, or just type the square count if they have walked it. Their number wins, and the price, the waste and the linear footage all follow it.

How does the Homeowner Finder work, and how good is the data?

Type an address and the Homeowner Finder pulls the owner's name, phone numbers and emails from public records and licensed data vendors, ranks them by how likely they are to be answered, and checks the do-not-call lists before anyone dials. It is included on every pin at no extra charge.

Straight answer on the data: it is as good as the records behind it, and records can be wrong, stale, or belong to the last owner. We cannot guarantee or promise that any name, number or email is correct. That is why the app treats what your rep confirms in person as the truth: a verified contact goes to the top of the list and outranks every traced record, on the screen and on the mail.

Does somebody have to visit the house to give a price?

Not to give the price. That is the point. An on-site inspection is still the right way to confirm a final number, because decking, existing layers and flashing cannot be seen from above, and the estimate says so plainly. What changes is the order: the homeowner has a real written number first, and the visit is something they agree to rather than something they have to sit through to find out what a roof costs.

What does QwikQuote cost?

Pay weekly and it is $3.50 a house, all in: measured, printed and posted, with nothing up front and the invoice cut when the batch is. The measurements, the price and the PDF open when the piece goes to the printer, so a street you pin on Monday is open to read that Friday. Nothing is charged for a pin you bin before the batch goes.

Or go prepaid: a dollar a credit, sold in hundreds. One credit measures a house and opens everything on the spot, and two more put it in the post; untick the mail and the house is one credit. A mailed house is three credits against $3.50 weekly, so prepaid is the cheaper of the two as well as the faster one. Contact info costs nothing on either plan. No contracts and no setup fees.

You can pay by bank account or by card. Buying credits puts them in your balance straight away either way, so a crew can sign up in the morning and be pinning that afternoon. A first payment from a bank account takes a few days to clear, and the printed mail it pays for waits for that and rides the next batch. The app says so before you buy, not after.

Every door your crew walks past is a measured roof, a known homeowner, and a storm history.

Give them a real price on the spot, in the format that homeowner actually wants: inbox, hand, or mailbox - our printer or yours.
