QWIKQUOTE

Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-09 · These terms are between you and QwikQuote LLC.

QwikQuote measures roofs from aerial imagery, prices them against your own rate card, and helps you get that price in front of a homeowner. These terms cover how you use it and how you pay for it. Please read section 5, which explains what a QwikQuote measurement is and is not.

The short version. Measurements are estimates, so verify a roof before you contract on it. Use the app parked or from the passenger seat, never while driving. Your data is yours and you can take it with you. Prices can change, with notice to your billing email first. Nothing that never went to the printer is charged as mailed, and honest mistakes get refunded. We do not make you arbitrate, and we do not take away your right to bring a claim alongside other customers. The details are below, and the details are what govern.

1.Agreeing to these terms

Creating an account, or using QwikQuote, is how you accept these terms on behalf of the business you are signing up, and you confirm you are authorized to bind that business. Anyone who has not accepted them has no right to use the service.

2.Your account

You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by the users you invite. Keep passwords private, remove people who leave, and tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised. You must give us a working billing email and keep it current; important notices, including invoices and price changes, go there.

You may not resell QwikQuote, share one account across separate businesses, or use the service to build a competing product.

3.Plans, prices and what you pay

QwikQuote is sold two ways, and your Billing screen always shows which one applies to you and at what rates:

The two plans charge for different things, and it matters which one you are on. Everything else is included on both: the homeowner's contact information, emailing an estimate, and however many people you give logins to. What you will be charged is shown in the app before you do it.

On every plan: a piece we cannot mail (no usable address, or one you suppressed) is not printed, and nothing that never went to the printer is charged as a mailed piece.

Launch offer. New accounts may be enrolled in a launch offer, one per account, shown on your Billing screen while it is running. On the Weekly plan it bills your first $550 of pinned houses at $300, applied as a credit on the invoice, and your first batch of printed pieces is held until the work on your account reaches $550, which means the measurements, prices and PDFs for those houses are not available to you until that batch goes to the printer. If you have not reached $550 within thirty days of enrolling, we send what you have, and the same discount still applies to that work; you may also ask us to send it sooner at any time. On the Prepaid plan the offer instead matches your first credit purchase, up to 250 credits, and nothing of yours is held. The offer can be withdrawn for new signups at any time; withdrawing it does not cancel it for an account already running one.

Prices can change. The price of a credit, the number of credits an action costs and the weekly per-order price may all change at any time, at our discretion. We will email notice to your billing email before a change takes effect. Continuing to use QwikQuote after that date means you accept the new prices; if you would rather not, you may stop using the service and revoke your payment authorization before the change applies.

Other things worth knowing about credits:

Refunds. A charge made in error is reversed once we confirm it: back to your credit balance on the credit plan, or as an adjustment on your next invoice otherwise. A printed piece already handed to the postal stream cannot be recalled, but that does not by itself bar a refund of the charge where the fault was ours. Your Billing screen lists every charge, and asking about one costs nothing.

4.Payment

You can pay by bank account or by debit or credit card. Whichever you use, card numbers and bank details go straight from your browser to our payment processor and are never stored on our systems. We keep the last four digits so you can tell one from another, and nothing else.

By bank account. A separate ACH authorization governs how and when we debit it, and it says what we may debit and the maximum per week. You can revoke it at any time from the Billing screen. Revoking it does not cancel amounts you already owe. A bank account is required for the Weekly plan, because that plan is settled by debit after the fact.

By card. A card is charged at the moment you buy, and no ACH authorization is needed for it, because a card payment is not a bank debit. Your card agreement with your issuer governs it. If you dispute a card charge with your issuer rather than with us, we may suspend the account while the dispute runs; talking to us first is almost always faster, and asking about a charge costs nothing.

If a payment is returned unpaid we may re-present it as permitted by the Nacha Operating Rules and pass on the returned item fee our processor charges us. If an account stays unpaid we may pause new work on it, hold printed mail, or suspend access until it is settled. Your data is not deleted while an account is suspended.

5.Measurements are estimates

A QwikQuote measurement is produced from aerial and satellite imagery and modelling. It is an estimate produced to help you quote quickly. It is not a survey, not an inspection, and not a substitute for going on the roof.

Imagery can be out of date. Additions, tear-offs, dormers, skylights, layers, decking condition and anything under tree cover may be wrong or missing. Pitch is estimated. Before you commit to a contract price, verify the roof yourself. You are responsible for the prices you quote and the contracts you sign, and for any difference between an estimate and the real roof.

The same applies to homeowner and contact information surfaced in the app: it comes from third-party data sources, it can be wrong or out of date, and it is provided for you to check rather than to rely on.

6.Use it parked, not while driving

QwikQuote is built for the field, and the field involves trucks. It is never to be used by the driver of a moving vehicle. Pull over and park, or hand the phone to the passenger seat.

You agree that you and your team will not operate QwikQuote while driving. Pinning houses, reading quotes, following the map: all of it is for a parked vehicle or a passenger. Features that update as you move, such as follow mode, exist so a passenger can work a street while someone else drives; they are not an invitation to look at a screen from behind the wheel. You are responsible for complying with every traffic and distracted-driving law that applies to you, and for making sure the people you give accounts to do the same.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for accidents, injuries, deaths, tickets, or damage of any kind arising from use of QwikQuote in or around a moving vehicle, and you agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your or your team's use while driving. A missed pin costs nothing, and you can always circle the block. Nothing in this section, or anywhere else in these terms, is worth more than the truck staying between the lines.

7.Mail, calls and contact you make

QwikQuote helps you produce and send marketing mail and prepare follow-up. What goes on a piece, and who it goes to, is your decision and your responsibility. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including telemarketing and do-not-call rules, texting and email rules, mail and advertising rules, and any state licensing or advertising requirements for contractors.

You must honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests. QwikQuote provides a suppression list; keeping it current is up to you. Do not use QwikQuote to send anything deceptive, to impersonate an insurer or a public authority, or to contact people who have told you to stop.

8.Data

Your pins, quotes, rate cards, branding and customer records are yours. We store and process them to run the service for you. We do not sell them, and we do not use one customer's data to serve another.

We use third-party providers to make the product work: imagery and measurement, property and contact data, print and mail, email delivery and payment processing. The data needed for each task is shared with the provider doing it. We may use anonymous, aggregated statistics that do not identify you or any homeowner to improve and describe the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and use homeowner information you put into or take out of QwikQuote. On request we will export your data in a common, machine-readable format, while your account is open and for thirty days after it closes. Your customer list should never be the thing that keeps you here.

9.Availability

We work to keep QwikQuote available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Imagery providers, data providers, print partners and payment processors can fail or change their terms, and features that depend on them may change or stop. We will give notice of material changes where we reasonably can.

10.Our intellectual property

QwikQuote, its software, templates, designs and documentation are ours and stay ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while your account is in good standing. Mailer templates you customize with your own branding and copy are yours to use for your own marketing; the underlying template designs remain ours.

11.Disclaimers and limits

QwikQuote is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability arising out of or relating to QwikQuote, for all claims combined, is capped at what you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the problem first arose. That is a full year, not a quarter, because a cap measured in weeks is a cap designed to be smaller than your stake.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12.Ending the agreement

You may stop using QwikQuote at any time and close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, for misuse, or for conduct that puts us or our vendors at risk, with notice where practical and immediately where necessary. On closure, amounts already owed remain due, and unused credits expire without refund. You have thirty days after closure to ask for an export of your data (section 8).

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and a material change is emailed to your billing address at least fourteen days before it takes effect. It never applies retroactively, and it never applies to a batch already in production. Continuing to use QwikQuote after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you would rather not, section 12 explains how to leave, and your data comes with you.

14.Law and disputes

Pennsylvania law applies to these terms, leaving aside its conflict-of-laws rules. If something goes wrong, talk to us first: write to the support address below, and both sides will spend thirty days trying to sort it out like two businesses that would rather keep working together.

If that fails, either party may bring the dispute in the state or federal courts sitting in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and both parties consent to that venue. Small-claims court in your own county remains available for matters within its limits.

No forced arbitration. We do not require you to arbitrate, and we do not take away your right to bring or join a claim alongside other customers. If a dispute belongs in front of a judge, it can go in front of a judge.
