Team and reporting
Control team mailing and deactivate a user
Review who can mail and how their pieces are handled.
Before you start
Use a company administrator account.
Follow these steps
Find the user’s row and review Role, Team, Cap/wk and Auto mail where available.
Review Who prints the mail for the company and any rep-specific choice.
If quoted pins should not queue mail automatically for a rep, change their Auto mail setting and verify the save result.
To stop a person using the account, use the offered deactivate action. Review any pending pieces separately.
Use permanent removal only when intended and after reading its confirmation; deactivation and removal are different actions.
The user’s access and mail settings match your intended workflow.
If something looks wrong
- A user’s old properties remain? Keeping the company’s property history is expected.
- Disabling auto mail is not a recall of mail already queued or sent. Inspect the affected pieces.

Give each person a login
Open Company settings, then Team. Enter the teammate name and email, select their role and team, and send an invite to choose their own password.
Review mail controls
Review the company printer choice and each user’s mail settings. A rep-specific setting can differ from the company default. Changing it does not recall a piece already sent.
Compare the same period
Leaderboard shows activity and recorded outcomes for a selected period. Compare pins, mailed pieces, scans, sold jobs and revenue separately.
Check the source record
Statistics provides the views available to your role. If a number seems wrong, check the date range and the property’s recorded events before changing anything.
