Give each person their own access and attribution.

WHERE TO GOCompany settings → Team

Before you start

You must have permission to administer the company.

Follow these steps

  1. Under Add a user, enter their Name and Email.

  2. Choose the appropriate Role and Team. Set a weekly mailer cap if needed.

  3. Leave Email them an invite to pick their own password enabled for the invite flow.

  4. Select Send the invite. Ask the teammate to use their own invite link and password.

  5. Review their active user row, role, team, cap and mail settings after they join.

What you should see

Each teammate has their own login and work can be attributed to them.

If something looks wrong

  • Invite missing? Verify the email and have them check spam before resending.
  • They cannot see company-wide settings? Check whether the role matches the job they need to do.

Give each person a login
Open Company settings, then Team. Enter the teammate name and email, select their role and team, and send an invite to choose their own password.

Review mail controls
Review the company printer choice and each user’s mail settings. A rep-specific setting can differ from the company default. Changing it does not recall a piece already sent.

Compare the same period
Leaderboard shows activity and recorded outcomes for a selected period. Compare pins, mailed pieces, scans, sold jobs and revenue separately.

Check the source record
Statistics provides the views available to your role. If a number seems wrong, check the date range and the property’s recorded events before changing anything.
