Company setup
Change the default quote email wording
Set the subject and message your team starts with.
Before you start
Choose wording your team can use accurately for different properties.
Follow these steps
Review the default subject and body on the Quote email screen.
Enter your preferred wording, using the supported placeholders shown beside the form.
Use placeholders such as address, total, company, phone, rep_name and owner_name only in the syntax the screen supplies.
Wait for autosave confirmation, then open Email the quote on a test property and review the filled message.
Send a deliberate test to your own email if you need to check formatting end to end.
New quote emails start with your saved template.
If something looks wrong
- A placeholder prints literally? Copy its syntax from the screen rather than typing a guess.
- Need the standard wording again? Follow the field’s blank/default guidance.

Make it mine starts a copy you can edit. Save your design and complete any review required for your account. Confirm which design is actually assigned.
Write your quote email
Quote email holds the default wording. Use the supported placeholders shown on the screen, and wait for the save confirmation.
Check the sent record
When you email a quote from a house, verify the recipient and message first. After sending, check Emails sent. A sent record does not prove the homeowner opened it.
