Customize product descriptions and photos
Explain what your quote includes in your own words.
Before you start
Set up the product under Pricing first.
Follow these steps
Open the card for the product you want to describe.
Keep the standard wording or choose the option to use your own wording.
Edit the product’s offered description and included-work text. Describe what your company actually provides.
Add the product photo offered by the screen, such as a finished job you have permission to use.
Wait for the save status, then review the corresponding quote or website widget product card.
The saved product content follows that product rather than changing every product at once.
If something looks wrong
- There is no editable text? Switch the product from standard wording to your own wording.
- The product is missing? Check Products you sell in Pricing.

Upload your logo
Open Company settings, then Branding. Use Upload logo for your company image. Pick the brand and accent colors you want homeowners to see.
Check contact details
Review your company phone, email, website and complete return address. Use an address that can receive returned mail. Check the appointment request recipients too.
Describe your products
Product info holds the descriptions and photos for each product. Use your own wording when the standard description does not match the work your company provides.
Wait for Saved
These fields save when you leave them. Wait for confirmation. If a field says Not saved, correct it and use Try again before relying on the change.
