Pause or disconnect a CRM connection
Stop future delivery while preserving records already sent.
Before you start
Tell your team before changing a live lead-routing connection.
Follow these steps
For GoHighLevel, uncheck Send new responses to GoHighLevel and save to pause sending.
To remove the connection, choose Disconnect and read the confirmation about pending deliveries.
For ProLine, review its event switches and Save settings to stop selected types of sends. The key field’s remove instruction disconnects the saved key.
Check the resulting status before assuming delivery has stopped.
When reconnecting GoHighLevel, verify the sub-account, pipeline and stage again, then explicitly turn delivery on.
The screen reflects the pause or disconnection you chose.
If something looks wrong
- Records remain in the CRM? Disconnecting does not delete previously delivered contacts or opportunities.
- Moving to a different HighLevel sub-account? Contact QwikQuote before reconnecting.

Choose your connection
Open Company settings, then Integrations. The available connections are ProLine and GoHighLevel. Each company configures its own destination.
Connect the right sub-account
For the HighLevel private-token option, enter the sub-account ID and token in the secure fields. Verify and connect, then select the actual pipeline and new-lead stage.
Choose the events
ProLine has separate switches for Hot leads, QwikQuote website widget leads and Every pin. HighLevel sends the enabled responses, not ordinary pins or unrelated website forms.
Verify a real test delivery
Save the connection settings and deliberately enable delivery. Run an agreed test response. Check the delivery history and the matching CRM record before using the connection for customer traffic.
