Connect GoHighLevel to your pipeline
Send QwikQuote responses to the right sub-account and stage.
Before you start
Arrange activation with QwikQuote. A HighLevel administrator must provide access to the correct sub-account.
Follow these steps
If Connect GoHighLevel is available, use it and select the correct sub-account. Otherwise open Connect with a private integration token.
For the private option, enter the sub-account ID and a token with contacts.readonly, contacts.write, opportunities.readonly and opportunities.write, then Verify and connect.
Choose Pipeline and its New lead stage. Opportunities is a HighLevel area; do not assume it is the pipeline’s actual name.
Select the responses you want: QR code scans, Appointment requests and/or QwikQuote website widget leads.
Enable Send new responses to GoHighLevel and select Save GoHighLevel settings.
Run an agreed pilot test and confirm the contact, opportunity and property note in HighLevel before using it for customer traffic.
The connection is configured for new responses, with the selected destination.
If something looks wrong
- No connect controls? Ask QwikQuote whether the connection is enabled for use.
- No pipeline or stage? Create them in the correct HighLevel sub-account and use Test connection to refresh.

Choose your connection
Open Company settings, then Integrations. The available connections are ProLine and GoHighLevel. Each company configures its own destination.
Connect the right sub-account
For the HighLevel private-token option, enter the sub-account ID and token in the secure fields. Verify and connect, then select the actual pipeline and new-lead stage.
Choose the events
ProLine has separate switches for Hot leads, QwikQuote website widget leads and Every pin. HighLevel sends the enabled responses, not ordinary pins or unrelated website forms.
Verify a real test delivery
Save the connection settings and deliberately enable delivery. Run an agreed test response. Check the delivery history and the matching CRM record before using the connection for customer traffic.
