Test a widget lead and troubleshoot installation
Verify the full path from the website to your team.
Before you start
Use your own test contact details and a clearly identified test property.
Follow these steps
Open the published site in a private window and launch the QwikQuote widget.
Enter the test address and your own contact details, following the form’s consent and submission steps.
Check the homeowner result for the correct company, product and display mode.
Open Hot leads in QwikQuote and find the test request. Check the designated email inbox.
If your CRM connection includes QwikQuote website widget leads, inspect its delivery history and the matching CRM record.
The submission appears in the right company and reaches the enabled destinations.
If something looks wrong
- No widget? Confirm the script, activation, chosen launcher, publishing and blockers.
- No price? Check the widget display mode and measurement result; No price mode intentionally withholds the estimate.
- Lead came through another form? QwikQuote does not capture submissions made through unrelated website tools.

Install your company script
Open Company settings, then Website widget. Copy your installation line and have your website manager add it to the published site. Confirm the widget is enabled.
Choose how it opens
Choose Floating tab, Website button or Both. The button option connects an existing website button to the QwikQuote widget.
Match the button text
Enter the words shown on your website button. Your web person can also point a link at hash, Q Q, dash, estimate. Wait for the settings to save.
Test the complete flow
Test your published website on desktop and phone with your own contact details. Check Hot leads and the chosen email inbox. Unrelated website forms keep their own integrations.
