Start here: your first day in QwikQuote
Get from your first login to a property you can follow up.
Before you start
Sign in with your own company account. A company administrator handles pricing, branding and billing.
Follow these steps
Open Getting set up and review the items still needed. Choose whether QwikQuote will print your mail or your company will print it.
Open Company settings → Pricing. Select the products you actually sell, enter your own prices and select Save pricing.
Open Branding. Add your logo, phone and complete return address. Review the other information homeowners will see.
Use Billing and Credits to set up how you pay and review your account's rates before buying.
Open Map or Look up a house to find a property. Review its measurement, product and estimate before sharing anything.
Check Review orders and Queue & Batches. Release any properties marked Waiting for your release only when you intend to mail them.
You know where to find a property, finish setup, review output and follow up responses.
If something looks wrong
- Cannot edit company settings? Ask your company administrator to finish those items.
- Can measure but cannot open an estimate? Read the property hold message and check Pricing, Credits and Getting set up.

Start with the menu
Open the menu in the top left. Prospecting is where you find houses. Leads is where you follow up responses. Delivery is where you review mail.
Finish at your pace
Getting set up shows the remaining account requirements. You can open the map before branding is finished. Customer-facing output can still wait for pricing, credits and delivery setup.
Read the next action
Home summarizes the work waiting on your account. A held piece is different from one that is ready, and neither means the homeowner has received it.
Return when you need help
Use Company settings for your business details and tools. Each teammate should use their own login. The written guides explain the individual steps in more detail.
